The Pony Girls are a pioneering force in Irish Alternative Cabaret, mixing traditional ideas of 1930s burlesque with avant garde and daring concepts of neo-burlesque. Inspired by the London and New York cabaret scene and concentrating on the humourous side of vaudeville, they paved the way using audience participation as an integral part of their show.

 Aled is the official photographer for Shoctopus. One of these days the band might even start paying him some money for this honour...
